Want to deepen your practice with meditative private sessions? Or are you just getting started and need a little extra help? I will work with you in your home or at my home studio space.
Group Yoga Instruction
Interested in offering yoga at your place of business? I bring all the supplies. Classes can be tailored to the needs of your employees (stretch and de-stress, strengthen and lengthen, beginners, restorative, etc).
Or come join me at one of my scheduled classes!
Pricing begins at $85/hr for private sessions, $85/hr for group instruction up to 5 people, $5/person additional.
Regular scheduled class prices vary depending on location.
Private sessions may include iRest®️. If you would like to explore the deep qualities of well-being or specific issues of stress and anxiety in a private setting, I am offering private one on one sessions as a Certified iRest® Teacher. Each session will last approximately one hour and can include, at your request, a recording of the session for later exploration.
